Although living in the country has been a dream fulfilled, Chicago is considered home. My Mother took us downtown frequently, especially during the holidays. That is a tradition I have followed with my children as well.
All of the sixty-five short stories that appeared in various newspapers and magazines had a Chicago backdrop. The same for all three of my novels. However, future books have locations other than The Windy City.
Writing allows me to have a creative hiatus from my Accounting and Computer Programming practice. What most people do not know is that I am ambidextrous. One of these days I promise to buy a left-handed keyboard where the number system is located to the left of the alphabet.
